Rasiyabad (Jhilmil Jheel) FRH on the Nazibabad road falls under the Chiriyapur range of Haridwar Forest Division. It was built in 1889 and is big FRH with a huge campus at an elevation of 403m.  It has 2 suits to stay.

It has all basic facilities

• Neat and clean beds and cots 
• Attached washroom with running hot and cold water
• Electricity
• Table and chair
• A big open space (FRH Campus) for nature feel.
• Dining area

So at a time 4-6 persons can accommodate. For booking the request must be reached 15 days before and confirmation will be given just 2 days of your arrival, as FRH is always booked for top Government Officials. Most of time difficult to get permission timely. Guests may opt for Tourist Huts or Nature Camps for stay in same FRH premises.
